1. UNS S32760, F55, 1.4501 Super Duplex has enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance compared with the ordinary austenitic or duplex types.

2. Applicable Standard: ASTM A789/A789M , ASTM A 790/A 790M

3. Main Steel Grade: S32760, F55, 1.4501

4. Dimension / Speficication: 

    One Straight Seam:        O.D.: 6MM - 914MM,          W.T.: 0.5MM - 60MM

    Double Straight Seam:   O.D.: 630MM - 1524MM,    W.T.: 2MM - 80MM

    Circular Seam:                O.D.: 630MM and above,   W.T.: 2MM-100MM

5. Testing:

     (1). Visual and Dimensional Checking

     (2). Chemical Composition Test 

     (3). Mechanical Properties Test , such as Tensile Test, Yield Test, elogation test 

     (4). 100% RT 

     (5). Hydro Static Test or NDE

6. Surface: Solution Annealled and Pickled

7. Length: 6m, 11.8m or advised by customers

8. Payment: L/C or T/T or negotiable

9. Marking: As per Standard

10. Packing: Reinforced plywood box or Bundle with plastic Caps

11. 3rd party inspection is acceptable
